【簡易好滋味】士多啤梨(草莓)排骨

士多啤梨的季節差不多完了,是時候把握它的尾巴~ 它除了可以製作甜品之外,也可以做成菜式的配料,酸酸甜甜的滋味,是白飯的好搭檔~

【材料 Ingredients】
排骨 1盒 1 pack Ribs
士多啤梨 8顆 8 Strawberries
蒜蓉 1茶匙 1 tsp Minced Garlic
洋蔥 半顆 1/2 Onion Pieces
鹽 半茶匙 1/2 tsp Salt
醬油 1湯匙 1 tsp Soy Sauce
粟粉 1湯匙 1 tsp Corn Starch

士多啤梨醬材料 Ingredient of making strawberry sauce:
士多啤梨果醬 3湯匙 3 tsp Strawberry Jam
蕃茄醬 2湯匙 2 tsp Ketchup
鹽 1/4茶匙 1/4 tsp Salt
糖 半湯匙 1/2 tsp Sugar
粟粉 1茶匙 1 tsp Corn Starch

【步驟】

  1. 把士多啤梨醬材料放進碗中,拌勻,備用。Pour all the strawberry sauce ingredients into a bowl, whisk well and set aside.

  2. 將排骨放入碗中,加入鹽、醬油及粟粉,拌勻,醃10分鐘。Put the ribs into another bowl, season with salt, soy sauce and corn starch, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes.

  3. 倒油入鍋中,把醃好的排骨倒入,半煎炸至金黃色,撈起,備用。Add oil into the pan, while the oil is hot, pour in the ribs and half-fried until golden brown, drain them and set aside.

  4. 再倒油入鍋中,倒入洋蔥塊及蒜蓉,炒出香味,加入已熟的排骨,再倒入步驟1的士多啤梨醬,炒勻,最後放入士多啤梨粒,炒勻,上盤後即可食用。 Add oil into the pan again, put the onion pieces and minced garlic in the pan and cook for 2 minutes, add the ribs and the strawberry sauce, stir well, finally add the sliced strawberry, stir well and serve.
